Raspberry Powder

Raspberry Powder is raspberries, freeze-dried and milled: freeze dried raspberry 100%, nothing else. The powder carries the sharp, bright taste and the pink-to-red colour of fresh raspberries into smoothies, yoghurt, oatmeal, desserts and bakes, and it doses by weight into dry mixes where fresh or frozen fruit would bring water. One ingredient covers flavour and colour at once, the same in January as in July. High in fibre. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 100 g retail doypack, a 1 kg doypack and 5 kg and 15 kg bulk bags.
