Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. The self-serve shop has no minimum, order from the pack sizes shown. For recurring deliveries, pallet quantities or private-label runs, contact Jekabs for a custom quote.
How fast will my order arrive?
Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our EU facility. You'll get tracking by email so you can plan around the delivery window.
Where do you ship to?
The self-serve shop ships across the EU, plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway. For other destinations (e.g. US, Middle East, Asia), contact Jekabs and he'll arrange a custom quote with the right courier and customs paperwork.
How does VAT work?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout we apply the correct VAT for your delivery country. If you have a valid EU VAT number outside our country of dispatch, the reverse-charge mechanism is applied automatically.
Can I pay on invoice instead of by card?
We can set up an invoice option for established business accounts on request. Place your first order via Stripe, then email Jekabs to discuss invoicing for future orders.
Do you offer private label?
Yes, we can blend, pack and label your own SKUs from our EU facility. See our Private Label page for the full pitch, or mention it to Jekabs and he'll talk you through minimums and timelines.
What about allergens?
Every product page lists the ingredients. Allergen statements and specification sheets for any product are available on request.
What if a product is not right for you?
Get in touch and we will make it right, with a replacement, a credit or a refund.
