Ube Powder

Ube Powder is 100% purple yam (Dioscorea alata), a traditional Filipino tuber, dried and milled into a fine purple powder. The colour is the yam's own, naturally bright purple, and the flavour is mild, sweet and nutty with a vanilla-like note. It goes into lattes and drinks, bakes, ice cream and desserts from ube halaya to halo-halo, working as colour and flavour in one ingredient, and it is the raw material behind our own ube latte premixes. High in fibre and fat free. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 100 g retail doypack and a 1 kg doypack.
