Sea Buckthorn Powder is sea buckthorn berries, freeze-dried and milled: freeze-dried sea buckthorn 100%, with the seeds the fruit naturally carries. The flavour is the berry's own, bright and tangy with a citrus-like sharpness, and a teaspoon or two flavours and colours a smoothie, yoghurt, oatmeal or a bake in one go. As a powder it keeps in the cupboard and doses by weight, putting a berry that is hard to buy fresh into recipes year round. High in fibre. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 100 g retail doypack.
