Orange Powder - Freeze Dried

Orange Powder - Freeze Dried is orange with the peel removed, freeze-dried and milled: freeze dried orange 100%, nothing else. Leaving the peel out is the point: the powder is the bright citrus for drinks, bakes, jellies, yoghurt and confectionery rather than a marmalade note. It rehydrates back toward fruit in liquid and doses by weight in a dry mix, giving the same flavour and colour in every batch, in any season. High in fibre and low in fat. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 250 g retail doypack.
