Dragon Fruit Powder - Freeze Dried is red dragon fruit, freeze-dried and milled: 100% red dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis), with the fruit's tiny black seeds. It goes into smoothies, drinks and yoghurt, and into dry mixes that need the fruit without the moisture, bringing a mild, sweet taste and a natural magenta colour with no colouring added. Ready to eat, it also works in baking, salads and desserts wherever a pink tone should come from fruit. High in fibre. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 100 g retail doypack.
