Blue Spirulina Powder - Organic is an organic spirulina extract on organic maltodextrin, 65 to 70 percent extract, taken for its pigment: the natural blue of phycocyanin. The taste is almost neutral, with a light vegetal note, so a quarter teaspoon turns a drink, a smoothie bowl, an icing or a yoghurt vibrantly blue without changing how it tastes. It is ready to eat and stirs straight into beverages, baking, salads and desserts. Naturally contains sulfites. EU Organic certified, manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 50 g retail doypack.
