Pineapple Powder - Freeze Dried is pineapple, freeze-dried and milled: freeze dried pineapple 100%, nothing else. It goes into drink powders, bakery and confectionery, and it is the format that lets a dry mix contain fruit at all: the sharp, sweet tropical flavour dosed by weight, with none of the juice. In the kitchen it rehydrates into desserts, jellies, yoghurt and porridge, or works straight into batters and creams. High in fibre and fat free. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 250 g retail doypack, a 1 kg doypack and 5 kg and 15 kg bulk bags.
