Freeze-drying keeps the natural aroma and the bright, sharp taste of fresh raspberries and leaves a light, crisp bite, so the pieces work straight from the pack as well as in a recipe. They go over cereal, yoghurt and granola, into bakes and trail mixes, and into any product where a berry has to stay visibly a berry. High in fibre.
