Date Powder - Organic is ripe pitted dates, dried and ground: 100% organic date powder, one ingredient. The taste is sweet with a natural caramel note, and it swaps 1:1 for sugar in baking, so doughs, batters and desserts take fruit sweetness with no recipe conversion. It dissolves slowly and not completely, which makes it a sweetener for bakery and cooking rather than drinks. High in fibre and fat free.
