Black Currant Powder - Freeze Dried is black currants, freeze-dried and milled: freeze dried black currant 100%, nothing else. It goes into drinks, dairy and confectionery, and a powder doses by weight where a puree doses by volume and brings water with it. The taste is properly tart and the colour runs deep navy, so a spoonful carries a smoothie, a yoghurt or a bake on its own. High in fibre and low in fat. Manufactured in Latvia and supplied in a 100 g retail doypack.
